Welcome to Day 3 of the #KetoLifestyleForWomen Challenge! How did Day 2 go? In a perfect world you would have received your Day 2 video in the morning unfortunately we had technical difficulties and they did not get out until the later part of the day. Hey, no worries the links will always be provided from the previous day or if it got lost in email cyberspace there is a back up plan.

I am so grateful to all who are participating and posting about the challenge! I want to bring an awareness of how this lifestyle may be exactly what ladies need and how it is different from the traditional keto diet, Atkins and even weight watchers.  I'm just thrilled you're deciding to take 10 minutes a day to learn about the keto lifestyle and to take care of your body. Here is the handout for today’s video, so make sure you have this handy as you follow along during the video.

Keep tagging me (on the actual photo as well!) and keep an eye out for your community who is all participating with you through the hashtags #KetoLifestyleForWomen and #DrLindaMarquez. Provide support for your team and ask for it when needed! Share your recipes. Post your motivational quotes. Whatever makes your heart sing and tag us as we learn more about you too! I truly want to help ladies become the best version of self in mind, body and spirit, because they win and so does everyone around them.

Aside from the prizes, keep reflecting back again on your "why", review your goals, and go over your 3 daily words. Maybe they change, maybe they stay the same. That is all up to you! You ladies are truly doing AWESOME. Keep it up!!
